What a pity, but of course this is no problem at all! Alternatively you can always contact us with questions or special requests at and we will try to find a solution together.

Please observe the following regulations for return shipments.

DIY Boxes & Kits and also all other items can be returned if they have been opened but not yet used. This means that if you have only looked at the parts but have not yet applied edge paint to the leather, have not yet glued lining and leather together, or have not yet sewn leather parts together, you can still return the DIY box. Please note that all parts must be included in the return shipment and that the edge paint and the leather glue as well as the sewing thread have not been used yet.

Once you have started working on your leather parts, you cannot return the DIY Box or DIY Kit.

However if you have problems with one step, if you can't get ahead, if a part has been glued wrong, if you have spilled the edge paint or something similar, then write to us and we will certainly find a solution that you can still hold your finished leather goodie in your hands soon!

Attention: personalized DIY boxes, i.e. boxes containing leather parts with monogramming (no matter what kind) cannot be returned. They are handmade and cannot be reused because of your individual initials. 

Please note that the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return your unpersonalized, unprocessed DIY box or other items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the box at and let us know your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you a document which you can enclose with your order when you return it.

We recommend that you use an insured shipping method so that you can track the shipment and be covered in case of loss. As the sender you bear the risks of the return shipment.

Please note that as a young company, we cannot cover the return shipping of your items and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

According to the current status (01.05.2021), the shipping costs for a parcel of our size in Germany are approx. €5.00. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method in order to be able to track the shipment and to be protected in case of loss.

In the event of a return, we will refund your money to the original payment method you used to order. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of your return at the latest.
