Please note the following regulations for the return of goods.

DIY Boxes & Kits and all other items can be returned if they have been opened but not yet used. This means that if you have only looked at the parts but have not yet applied edge colour to the leather, have not yet glued lining and leather together, or have not yet sewn leather parts together, you can still return the DIY Box. Please note that all parts must be included in the return and that the edge colour and the leather glue as well as the sewing thread have not been broken.

Once you have started working on your leather pieces, you cannot return the DIY Box or Kit.

But if you have problems at any step, if you can't get any further, if a part has been glued incorrectly, if you've knocked over the edge colour or something similar, then write to us at and we will definitely find a solution so that you can still hold your finished Leather-Goodie in your hands!

Please note: personalised DIY boxes, i.e. boxes that contain leather parts with a monogram (of any kind) cannot be returned. They are handmade and cannot be reused because of your individual initials. 

Please note that the return request must be notified to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you wish to return your unpersonalised, unfinished DIY box or other items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the box at and provide us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you a document to include with the return of your order.

We recommend that you use an insured shipping method in order to be able to track the shipment and to be protected in the event of loss. As the sender, you bear the risks of the return shipment.

Please note that as a young company, we cannot cover the return shipping of your items and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

According to the current status (01.05.2021), the shipping costs for a parcel of our size in Germany are approx. €5.00. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method in order to be able to track the shipment and to be protected in case of loss.

In the event of a return, we will refund the money to the payment method you originally used to place the order. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
