The following terms and conditions are written in German and can be loaded into the customer's memory and printed out. If desired, they can be stored at https://bagsandpieces.co in digital or written form.
The following general terms and conditions apply uniformly to contracts with all customers that are concluded with BAGS & PIECES GmbH, Trippstadter Straße 8, 67691 Hochspeyer, represented by its managing director Vivian Edel, (hereinafter online shop) via the German online shop.

2 product selection
The customer has the option of selecting and ordering products on the website https://bagsandpieces.co using standard Internet-enabled communication media. For each product, the customer receives a separate description on the respective product page. The customer can click on the products he wants on the website to find out about the properties of the products. The customer has the option of collecting the products he has selected in a virtual shopping cart.
3 Conclusion of contract
Once the customer has completed his product selection, he will receive a list of the products at the end of his purchase at the total price including VAT. Before sending the order, the online shop enables the customer to check the correctness of the order, in particular the price and quantity, and to correct it if necessary. Within the shopping cart, the customer can proceed to the conclusion of the ordering process by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button.
The customer submits a binding request to purchase the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the “ORDER PAYABLE” button. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*).
The seller then sends the customer an automatic acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail, in which the customer's order is listed again (order confirmation). The automatic acknowledgment of receipt only documents that the customer's order has been received by the seller and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller sends the ordered product to the customer, hands it over, or dispatches it to the customer expressly announced in a second e-mail.
The customer has the option of retrieving the contractual provisions upon conclusion of the contract and storing them in a reproducible form. The text of the contract is saved by the online shop. It is accessible to the customer by sending a request to email@example.com . The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract takes place via e-mail, in some cases automatically. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have given us is correct, that the receipt of the e-mails is technically guaranteed and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
4 Customized Goods
You provide us with the information, texts or files required for the individual design of the goods via the online ordering system before the contract is concluded. Any of our specifications must be observed.
You undertake not to transmit any data whose content infringes the rights of third parties (in particular copyrights, naming rights, trademark rights) or violates existing laws. You expressly release us from all third-party claims asserted in this context. This also applies to the costs of the legal representation required in this context.
We do not check the transmitted data for correctness of content and assume no liability for errors in this respect.
