1 Applicability

The following General Terms and Conditions apply uniformly to contracts with all customers that are concluded with BAGS & PIECES GmbH, Trippstadter Straße 8, 67691 Hochspeyer, represented by its Managing Director Vivian Edel, (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) via the German Online Shop.

2 Product selection

The customer has the option of using standard internet communication media on the website https://bagsandpieces.co to select and order products. The customer receives a separate description of each product on the respective product page. The customer can click on the desired products on the website to find out about the characteristics of the products. The customer has the option of collecting the products they have selected in a virtual shopping cart.

3 Conclusion of contract

Once the customer has completed his product selection, he will receive a summary of the products at the end of his purchase at the total final price including VAT. Before submitting the order, the online store enables the customer to check the order for correctness of content, in particular price and quantity, and to correct it if necessary. The customer can proceed to complete the order process within the shopping cart by clicking on the "TO CHECKOUT" button.

The customer submits a binding request to purchase the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the "ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY" button. Before submitting the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*).

The seller then sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by email, in which the customer's order is listed again (order confirmation). The automatic confirmation of receipt merely documents that the customer's order has been received by the seller and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller sends or hands over the ordered product to the customer or expressly announces the dispatch to the customer in a second e-mail.

The customer has the option of retrieving the contractual provisions upon conclusion of the contract and saving them in a reproducible form. The contract text is saved by the online store. It is available to the customer by sending a request to [email protected] accessible. The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is carried out by e-mail, in part automatically. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.

4 Individually designed goods

You provide us with the information, texts or files required for the individual design of the goods via the online ordering system before concluding the contract. Our specifications, if any, must be observed.

You undertake not to transmit any data whose content infringes the rights of third parties (in particular copyrights, naming rights, trademark rights) or violates existing laws. You expressly indemnify us against all claims asserted by third parties in this connection. This also applies to the costs of any legal representation required in this connection.

We do not check the transmitted data for correctness of content and therefore accept no liability for errors.
