Texon insole material

Texon, 1 mm thickness, size: 1x DIN A4

This material is used to make insoles for different types of shoes such as sneakers, sandals or boots. The A4 plates fit a shoe size up to 39 or 40, depending on the sandal style. If you have a larger shoe size, we recommend two A4 plates.

Insoles are the inner soles that give the shoe Provide stability, structure and durability. In combination with our padding, the insole forms the basis of the shoe bottom and ensures good wearing comfort. Texon as a material is a moisture-regulating, thermoplastically deformable cellulose fleece.

The material can be cut with a cutter knife and then sanded dry with a sanding sponge (grain size 120) or a Dremel.
