Leather Marquetry Set

In cooperation with Steffi from Quiltwerke and Stefanie from Liesel & Fred, we have compiled expert knowledge from quilting, EPP, patchwork and leather crafts to help you design your leather accessories using the leather marquetry technique - a kind of leather puzzle. It couldn't be more individual! 🥰

In this set you will find everything you need to create your own leather puzzle on a saddle bag flap or a crossbody flap. The set contains:

• Four pieces of leather in approx. A5 size in one of these color schemes (1 piece per color):
  • Green/Brown: Cappuccino, White, Olive Green, Sage
  • Pink/Pink: Watermelon Pink, Vintage Rose, Cappuccino, Light Lilac
  • Blue/White: Royal blue, midnight blue, intense lilac, white (or mouse grey instead of lilac because of thickness?)
• Acrylic templates by Stefanie from Liesel & Fred for cutting your leather pieces
• silver pen for drawing the pattern
• The digital designs by Steffi from Quiltwerke with sample graphics and various templates for implementing different patterns on saddle bags or crossbody flaps as well as the digital template for cutting out the shapes from the flap
• Access to the detailed video tutorial by Vivian from BAGS & PIECES on how to use the marquetry technique on leather

Not included in the set, but still needed/helpful for implementing the marquetry technique:

• metal ruler
• cutter knife with replacement blades
