Fertige dir einen Wendegürtel aus Echtleder mit unserem Material-Set. Die einzelnen Lederriemen sind mindestens 160 cm lang, sodass diese für einen Bundumfang von 140cm inkl. Überstand ausreicht. Ausnahme: Die Riemen in Beige sind leider nur mindestens 120 cm lang (für Bundumfang von 100 cm) und die Riemen in Brick sind nur mindestens 140 cm lang (für Bundumfang von 120 cm) . 

Die Lederriemen sind an beiden Enden so abgeschnitten, dass du den Gürtel entweder mit einem runden oder einem eckigen Gürtelende tragen kannst.

SO WIRD´S GEMACHT:
Der Gürtel besteht aus zwei Riemen, die bündig aufeinander geklebt werden. Dann passt du den Gürtel auf deine gewünschte Bundlänge an. Anschließend setzt du mit dem Edge Creaser eine Linie für die Nahtreihe und schlägst die Löcher mit einem Prickeisen ins Leder. Den Gürtel nähst du dann mit der Sattlernaht. Nach der Kantenbearbeitung stanzt du die Löcher für die Gürteldorne in die Riemen und klemmst die Schließe auf – fertig!

WICHTIGER HINWEIS:
Anders als bei unseren normalen DIY-Boxen musst du bei diesem Wendegürtel die Löcher selbst ins Leder bringen. Wir empfehlen dir dafür ein Prickeisen und einen Edge Creaser. Zur Verarbeitung der Lederriemen mit deiner Nähmaschine können wir keine Aussage treffen, da dies stark von der Nähmaschine abhängt.

Detailinfos zu den Größen 
Die Gürtelriemen haben eine Breite von 3,5 cm und eine Länge von mindestens 180cm (außer die Riemen in Caviar Beige, diese haben eine Mindestlänge von 160cm).

Hinweis: Die Nahtlöcher sowie die Löcher für die Gürtelschließe müssen von dir selbst ins Leder geschlagen werden. Du benötigst also ein Prickeisen und eine Lochzange!

Fertigung des Gürtels 
Der Gürtel besteht aus zwei Gürtelriemen, die bündig aufeinander geklebt werden sowie einer leicht abnehmbaren Gürtelschließe, sodass du den Gürtel auf beiden Seiten tragen kannst. Die Nahtlöcher werden von dir selbst ins Leder geprickt und dann mit der Sattlernaht genäht. Dann bearbeitest du die Kanten wie gewohnt mit Base Coat und Kantenfarbe. Wenn alles getrocknet ist schneidest du den Gürtel auf einer Seite nach deinem Bundmaß ab, bringst dann die Gürtelschließe an und stanzt mit der Lochzange die Löcher zur Verstellung der Gurtlänge ins Leder.
Fertig ist dein Wendegürtel!
